Scottsdale Renovation & Addition

This project features a carefully integrated bedroom addition to an existing residence in the Orangetree Estates neighborhood of Scottsdale. The scope included construction of two new bedrooms and an expanded living layout totaling 490 sq. ft., bringing the total livable area under roof to over 5,700 sq. ft. Designed with vaulted ceilings and matched architectural details, the addition blends seamlessly with the original home while meeting modern building code standards and energy efficiency requirements.

Our team coordinated full construction, including site prep, concrete slab tie-ins, framing, stucco, MEP integration, and finishing work—delivering both form and function to meet the homeowners’ needs for growing family space.
